Company History
Real Lease, Inc. was founded by its President and CEO, Robert
D. Noonan, in March 1988.
Real Lease began as a local, small ticket leasing specialist;
and the Company has grown into a strong, reputable, regional
leasing company with a large customer base across commercial
and industrial businesses, not-for-profit organizations and
municipalities. As it has grown, the Company’s product
mix has evolved in both size and scope to include: operating
leases, capital leases, tax-exempt municipal leases, and rental
agreements.
What distinguishes Real Lease from other equipment leasing
– vendors and even financial institutions – is
the professional, personal service they provide. Real Lease’s
equipment leasing specialists work together with their clients
to make sure they’ve got the right lease to meet the
specific funding objectives, and that the leasing process is
fast and easy. In fact, leasing specialists handle nearly every
aspect of the lease transaction for their clients.
Real Lease has established co-marketing relationships with
numerous local, regional, even national equipment vendors which
further simplifies doing business with Real Lease, not to mention
the overall equipment acquisition process.
The Company was named to the “Rochester Top 100” list
of the fastest-growing privately held companies for the years
1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2004.
