Leadership Team Robert
D. Noonan – President and CEO
Mr. Noonan has a wide range of experience in the equipment
leasing and financing industry. Over the last 16 years, he
has worked extensively in this specialized industry in the
areas of Commercial Leasing, Tax Exempt and Government Leasing,
and Leasing to Not-for-Profit Organizations. Mr. Noonan has
provided customized lease structuring for a widely varied
customer and vendor base in all of the Company’s
markets. He has also been widely recognized for his unique
expertise in the area of Leasing and Financing for the Energy
Management/Performance Contracting industry.
Mr. Noonan is responsible for the strategic direction of
the Company as well as oversight of all aspects, divisions
and reporting of the Company. Mr. Noonan is a graduate of
Syracuse University with a major in marketing and a minor
in finance. He has also been recognized by Oklahoma State
University for his expertise and contribution to research
on financing for Energy Management projects.
Patricia A. Moore – Vice
President of Operations
Ms. Moore joined the Company in January 1992 and was promoted
to Vice President of Operations in November 1999. Her
responsibilities include managing the operations division
of the company including lease documentation and implementation,
human resources as well as client satisfaction, quality monitoring
and quality control. Ms. Moore has developed a unique
knowledge and expertise in her areas of oversight and is
an integral part of the management team of the Company.
While responsible for managing all aspects of the operation,
she ensures that the highest level of support and communications
is provided to the sales division, thus enabling maximization
of the Company’s profitability while attaining and
exceeding Company goals. Her team has evolved into the backbone
that enables the Company’s success.
Ms. Moore is an intrinsic part of the Company’s Strategic
Plan implementation and has championed the various aspects
of the plan specific to her area, as well as providing insightful
feedback on other areas of the Strategic Plan.
Ms. Moore is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology
with a B.S. degree in management
Devra A. Bevona – Chief
Financial Officer
Ms. Bevona joined the Company in October 2003. Prior
to joining Real Lease, she was with DeRidder, Inc. as its
Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Board Member;
and also with Seneca Foods Corporation as its Treasurer and
Assistant Secretary. She possesses hands-on experience
in a variety of public and private companies, whose sales
ranged from over $6.0 million to $700.0 million, including
a startup operation. Her
broad-based experiences in business areas include human resources,
information technology, legal, real estate and facilities
maintenance.
Ms. Bevona’s responsibilities at Real Lease include
full responsibility for financial and management reporting,
corporate investment and treasury function, banking relationships,
forecasting, and insurance.
Beyond her considerable experience, Devra is highly regarded
by the financial community and has several professional affiliations.
They include, Vice President and member of the Board of Directors
of the Rochester Business Alliance Small Business Council;
Chapter President and Board Member – Financial
Executives International;
and member of the CFO Roundtable and the Women’s
Executive Network.
Ms. Bevona holds an M.B.A. in finance and B.S. in accounting
from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New
York.
